4. Can I track my order? Absolutely! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
5. What if I receive a damaged item? If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Can I return open or used pet food, or cat litter? No, pet food and cat litter cannot be returned once opened or used, due to unsanitary reasons, and health risk.

13. Do you charge sales tax? Yes, we do charge sales tax for items shipped. This isn’t up to Goody’s 4 Pets, it’s required by your state. So, if you pay sales tax in your state it will apply to items sold here too.

15. How long do I have to return my product? Returns must be shipped to us and processed within 30 days of receiving your items.
16. Can I add a discount code after I place my order? No, unfortunately discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed, only before.
17. When do I put in the discount code? You should put the discount code in at checkout.
18. How much is shipping? Shipping is Free over $75! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
19. Are Autoship items eligible for return? No, only pet food and litter for cats are on Autoship, and due to unsanitary reasons, health risk of these items.
20. When will I be charged for Autoship? You will be charged automatically on the date your Autoship order is shipped. Your item will be shipped every week or months automatically according to what you selected. So, there’s no need to call or update anything once the Autoship is filled out.
21. How do we benefit from Autoship? To start off, you get a 10% discount on all Autoship items that’s attached to the item. Also, as pet parents we have a lot to remember, so after a hard day’s work the last thing you want to do is forget to pick up your pet’s food, or fresh litter. So, we got you covered every week, or month with Autoship, keeping your pet happy.
22. Do I have to be a member or pay fees? No, you don’t have to be a member or pay a fee. And you can cancel your Autoship at any time.
23. How to set up an Autoship so I can receive a recurring delivery every week or month? Go to the item page you will see Autoship, then select your schedule for weekly, or monthly before you checkout, using your name and address.
24. How can I cancel or change my order? Contact us immediately to cancel your order before item is proceeded and shipped. But if your order was processed and shipped already, we won’t be able to cancel it. If you need help to resolve this matter, please Email us at info@Goodys4Pets.com with your order number. When approved you can send back the order for a refund within 30 days.
25. Can I return an item that was damaged during delivery? Yes, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please take a picture of the damaged item. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please check return policy.
26. Do I have to be at the address to sign or receive the order? No! If you're not home, the driver will leave your order at the door, or inside your mailbox if it fits. The doorman or anyone else that lives there can receive it.
27. What do I do if my package is missing? Please check your package delivery confirmation email and tracking details first for missing /stolen items. If your order shows a successful delivery, but you haven't received the package. You should report missing /stolen packages as soon as possible to the authority. Then contact info@goodys4pets.com after reporting, to allow us to quickly verify and resolve the issue.
28. What is the status of my order? Go to orders after you receive an email from us to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information once it’s shipped check on carrier’s website.
29. How do I request a refund or replacement? If your pet isn't satisfied with his/her new order, just refund or replace your items for free within 30 days of purchase. We try to make our furry friends happy. If you'd like to request a refund or replacement, email us with your order number and reason.
30. Can I return an item if I purchase it using a discount code? Yes if not used, the items purchased with a discount code are eligible for return within 30 days. Your refund will be returned based on the amount you paid when applying for the discount.
